I currently utilize professional rideshare services to ensure punctuality and convenience.
If a task requires extended travel, a transportation fee may apply.

Booking must be confirmed through direct communication and a secured retainer for scheduled services.

Life happens — I get it!
However, to honor the time and energy reserved for you:

  • 24 hours+ notice: No cancellation fee
  • Within 24 hours of appointment: 50% of service fee

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full service fee

Major forms of electronic payment (credit/debit, Zelle, Apple Pay, etc.)
Payment is due upon completion for hourly services and in advance for fixed-rate packages.

What’s not included

I do not provide:

  • Heavy lifting (over 25 lbs)
  • Personal driving or use of personal vehicles
  • Medical or hygiene-related care
  • Dangerous/illegal tasks or environments

 

Safety + Valuables Policy

Your safety and peace of mind come first:

  • A safe, nondiscriminatory environment is required.
  • I do not handle firearms or illegal substances.
  • I am happy to assist with valuables under written acknowledgment and inventory confirmation.

Confidentiality is always assured.

 

Holiday Rates & Availability

Major holidays are available by request with premium holiday rates (1.5x) including:

  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
  • Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day

Limited availability — early booking recommended.
